I am pleased to present the Fiscal Year 2008 Executive Budget of $799.2 million. The Fiscal Year 2008 Executive Budget continues the Performance Based Budgeting (PBB) initiative which is a management tool for improving accountability and for allowing greater transparency.

John P. deJongh Jr. has directed that all flags be flown at half-staff on Monday, May 28, 2007 from sunrise to 12 noon. he proclamation by President George W. Bush, "Prayer for Peace, Memorial Day, 2007" calls on residents across the United States, its territories and possessions to join in honoring the memory of the lives that have been lost in defense of our freedom.
