GVI weekly report

Our Goal/Priority is to upgrade the links/radios from 10mbit to 45mbit, this was attempted yesterday and will continue to increase the bandwidth. Also report was a surge in network activity. OMB-PA is back online and the 56k links are still in the process of being repaired.

All network issues should be reported to BIT (340) 774-1013.
