Dear ERPET Members:

Please find in the attachments below the following ERPET documents:

1) 08/07/07 Agenda,

2) 07/24/07 Minutes,

3) Watch List as of July 27, 2007, and

5) Planned Meeting Schedule for the Week of July 29, 2007

Please make note of the following three (3) points:

1) In response to the Executive Team Committee's numerous request to design a more efficient/effective meeting format, individuals whose Action Items List require the submission of Electronic Reports are to submit their presentations electronically to the GVIPMO ( This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it ) and to each member/participant (see the "To" address block of this missive for email addresses if needed) NLT the Monday preceding the ERPET meeting. Under this new system, there is no longer a need to supply the Team with hard copies of the presentations as it will be the responsibility of each member to review the presentations and make note of discussion items/questions for participation in the Electronic Report Q& A segment of the agenda. Hence, each member is responsible for printing and bringing these reports with them to each meeting. Although no formal presentations will be made during the ERPET meeting, presenters are to be prepared to respond to Team inquiries during the Q & A.

2) As this is a working session, one which is focused on progress, it is imperative that all members review the minutes in advance to make corrections/edits if necessary, and to check to see if they are responsible for fulfilling any of the tasks listed in the Commitments and Deliverables section. Also, be certain to copy and bring ERPET Docs and Electronic Reports with you to the session as no copies will be furnished. Doing so will greatly enhance our collective goal of moving this project forward in a more effective and efficient manner.

3) An Updated Watch List as of August 3, and a Planned Meeting Schedule for the Week of August 5, 2007 will follow under separate cover.
