Commissioner Anderson will be sending a formal memorandum on payroll expenses shortly, but I wanted to give you an update prior to the official notification.  The payroll expenses through April 30^th have be loaded into the ERP system.  

 Payroll expenses through our current payroll will begin the conversion and loading process today.  Current payroll expenses should be loaded by August 10^th.  Thereafter, payroll expenses will be loaded into Munis within 5 business days of payroll being run.  Once the payroll module is implemented, payroll expenses will be available immediately after the payroll is run. 

We will ask that each agency verify their payroll expenses are correct for each payroll period through April 30^th.  Should you have any discrepancies or concerns, please notify Ms. Claudette Brown, at 774-4750, extension 2330.
