U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS — Governor Albert Bryan Jr., Lt. Governor Tregenza A. Roach, members of the Governor’s Cabinet, agency partners, healthcare professionals, volunteers, and community sponsors came together at the Rudolph Shulterbrandt Agricultural Complex on Friday as part of the Administration’s Cabinet Connect initiative, serving nearly 200 residents in need on St. Croix.
Cabinet Connect is the Administration’s community outreach initiative that brings government agencies, healthcare providers, nonprofit organizations, and community partners together to connect residents with resources and support.
The event transformed the Rudolph Shulterbrandt Agricultural Complex into a one-stop location where residents could access hot meals, health screenings, personal care items, haircuts, grooming assistance, and information about available community resources. Throughout the day, participants connected with agencies and organizations that offered information, referrals, and additional support.
For many participants, the event provided not only a meal and essential resources but also an opportunity to connect with caring professionals and community members in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Governor Bryan, Lt. Governor Roach, and Cabinet members joined volunteers throughout the event, serving meals and engaging directly with residents.
Governor Bryan said the outreach reflects the Administration’s commitment to meeting residents where they are and ensuring that those facing difficult circumstances know they have a community that cares.
“No one should feel forgotten or invisible,” Governor Bryan said. “This outreach was about showing up for our neighbors, offering practical support, and reminding people that they are not alone. I am grateful to every agency, volunteer, and community partner who helped make this event possible and to the many individuals who came out to receive support.”
The event brought together government agencies, healthcare providers, nonprofit organizations, volunteers, and local businesses to make a positive difference in the lives of Virgin Islands residents.
The Bryan-Roach Administration extends its sincere appreciation to the many partners whose generosity, dedication, and spirit of service helped make the event a success.
