U.S. Virgin Islands Governor Kenneth E. Mapp will be traveling out of the Territory from today, April 2 to Tuesday, April 3 to attend the Clinton Global Initiative Action Network on Post-Disaster Recovery in Miami. In his absence, Lieutenant Governor Osbert E. Potter will serve as Acting Governor through April 3.
