U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS—Seventeen Cabinet members in the Administration of Governor Albert Bryan Jr. and Lt. Governor Tregenza A. Roach will be sworn in next week during ceremonies in both districts.
The ceremony for members of the Cabinet on St. Thomas will take place at 10 a.m. Monday, June 17, 2019, at the University of the Virgin Islands Sports and Fitness Center. The ceremony for Cabinet members on St. Croix will take place at 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 18, 2019, at Government House in Christiansted.
The Cabinet designees being sworn-in on St. Thomas are:

- Denise N. George, Attorney General
- Jenifer C. O’Neal, Office of Management and Budget Director
- Racquel Berry-Benjamin, Education Commissioner
- Nelson Petty Jr., Public Works Commissioner

- Joseph B. Boschulte, Tourism Commissioner
- Jean-Pierre L. Oriol, Department of Planning and Natural Resources Commissioner
- Dayna M. Clendinen, Personnel Director
- Daryl A. George, V.I. Fire Service Director
- Wynnie Testamark, Corrections Bureau Director
- Patrick Farrell, Veteran Affairs Director
Cabinet designees being sworn in Tuesday on St. Croix are:
- Positive T.A. Nelson, Agriculture Commissioner
- Gary Molloy, Labor Commissioner
- Justa E. Encarnacion, Health Commissioner
- Joel A. Lee, Internal Revenue Bureau Director
- Barbara Jackson McIntosh, Motor Vehicles Bureau Director
- Kyle Fleming, Virgin Islands Energy Office Director
Office of Collective Bargaining Chief Negotiator Designee Joss Springette will be sworn-in at a later date.
The Bryan/Roach Administration still is waiting for the 33rd Legislature to hold preliminary Committee hearings and/or take action on a number of key Cabinet positions:
