U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS – Governor Albert Bryan Jr. is scheduled to deliver his third State of the Territory Address Monday, January 25th, in the Earl B. Ottley Legislative Hall in Charlotte Amalie.
Attendance at the governor’s third State of the Territory Address is limited to the members of the 34th legislature, the Governor himself and a handful of members of the Governor’s Cabinet and senior staff to ensure the safety of everyone in attendance and in compliance with the territory’s COVID-19 guidelines.
