U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS— Governor Albert Bryan Jr. issued the following statement Friday, mourning the passing of Terrence Joseph, the director of the Paternity and Child Support division at the U.S. Virgin Islands Department of Justice:
“I join the many in our community in expressing my deep sorrow at the untimely loss of Terrence. Terrence was a dedicated father, committed public servant and mentor, and an all-around good guy who was a personal friend and loyal supporter of mine. His untimely transition is a major loss to all who knew him personally, and he will be sorely missed. Yolanda and I express our deepest and most heartfelt condolences to his family, his many friends and colleagues, and all in our Virgin Islands community who are mourning his passing.”
