‘Press Box’ Returns for Second Season With Education Commissioner Racquel Berry-Benjamin

U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS – Education Commissioner Racquel Berry-Benjamin will be the first guest when “Press Box” returns at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, February 11 for a second season to offer residents unprecedented access to talk directly with Governor Albert Bryan Jr., Lt. Governor Tregenza Roach and Bryan-Roach Cabinet members.

The program was developed to underscore the Bryan-Roach Administration’s commitment to transparency and open government and to restore the public’s trust in government.

Residents can watch a live feed of the program at 5:30 p.m. every other Thursday on the Government House Facebook page at facebook.com/GovernmentHouseUSVI.

Viewers also can ask questions directly of the guests by using the comments section of the Government House Facebook page.

Commissioner Berry-Benjamin will be available to discuss the Education Department’s return to in-classroom instruction for pre-K through third graders, special education students and career and technical school students.
