U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS–Sports, Parks and Recreation Commissioner Calvert White and his team joined with employees of the accounting firm Ernst & Young, the company helping administer recovery funds in the Territory, to clean up Emancipation Garden on St. Thomas on Friday morning.
The team effort is part of Commissioner White’s ongoing initiative to clean all of the Territory’s parks.
