Governor Bryan Congratulates JFL Officials on Opening of State-of-the-Art Temporary Hospital in St. Croix

U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS — During a Tuesday afternoon ribbon-cutting ceremony, Governor Albert Bryan Jr. congratulated the Governor Juan F. Luis Hospital’s leadership team on completing its state-of-the-art temporary facility called JFL North.

“Today we cut the ribbon on a brand new frontier of health care providing in the Virgin Islands. I’m doing my part to make sure that Virgin Islanders stay healthy and live their best life,” Governor Bryan said. “I want to thank all of us here in St. Croix for your patience, and remember, we’re going to have challenges, but together, we will get there.”

JFL North is a $130 million facility with new equipment that will be in operation for the residents of St. Croix while the construction of a new permanent Juan F. Luis hospital is constructed.
