U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS — Governor Albert Bryan Jr. praised the overwhelmingly successful Crucian Christmas Festival events and thanked the Department of Tourism’s Division of Festivals, the V.I. Police Department, first-responders and everyone involved in putting on a safe and unifying experience for the first time since the COVID-19 pandemic.
“By all accounts, the Crucian Christmas Festival was an enormous success. The dedication shown by our police, emergency responders and the countless people working to keep our culture and traditions alive by supporting the festival was overwhelming,” Governor Bryan said. “Their hard work continues to restore our community after COVID, and I am humbled by the resilience and love that results when Virgin Islanders are able to come together and fete in safety and peace.”
